Submit Support Request

You can view this screen with menu Help > Submit Support Request  

If you are unable to find the answer to your question in the help pages and using the on-line help , or if you you feel BRAMS is not performing correctly, you can submit your question to the BRAMS Support Team.

The Submit Support Request screen looks like this:

Complete the details in the blue box and include as much information as possible.

When you are finished click "Send". If you wish to retain a copy for your own records tick "Send a copy to me".

The support team will endeavor to answer your question or query as soon as possible.
